Why it sucks to be a seller on eBay...

You can't give negative reviews to buyers, no matter what.  They can win an auction, ignore your invoices for weeks, and you can't do anything about it... But once they do pay up, there is nothing that can prevent them from giving you a negative review.

Am I the only one who thinks that this is messed up?

Yup.  New feature.  All you can give is positive feedback for buyers, or no feedback at all.  They don't allow you to criticize anyone who buys from you.

Seriously like what the hell was ebay thinking?  I don't see how giving feedback for buyers could be bad  it just doesn't make ANY sense...and now, if the buyer has any prob. with the seller, they can be as rude as they want because they dn't have to worry about getting a neg. feedback

You also forgot to mention that a Neutral Feedback for a seller counts against your rating, thats new as well.

So one of the two buyers who I've been having a problem with finally e-mailed me last night, asking me to remove the unpaid item dispute against him.

After already having to pay a fee for placing the ad, as well as the final value fee, I refused to do so.  It's not my fault they thought I would ship it to Singapore for the same price as I would domestic.  That's their bad.  At least now, I don't have to pay for the auction they won, and had absolutely no intention of paying for.

It sucks just as much to be a buyer sometimes. I had one seller that sent nothing and disappeared. I contacted EBay several times and told them this guy had jumped the shark (10 of the last 13 feedbacks were negative) and they still will not remove him. Lost 50 bucks on that one . I think if Sellers expected stricter guidelines of other sellers more would buy and you'd make more money .

An ex-EBayer. Try craigslist. Better yet, donate your used yos to your local school teacher to give out as student rewards and the love of yo will spread to the masses and we will have world peace and the oceans will turn to pink lemonade...

As much as I like pink lemonade I would just keep my yos and play with them later.Not like they take up much space.
