i hear ya, rev yo...at one time, my yo yo collection toppled 2500.00$.  amassed in basically 2 and half years...

what i did was recoup some of my money.  i've sold a good half of my yo yos, and am gettin' around to lettin' the rest go.

the yo yo for me is my barebones, by dif-e-yo.  the rest of them could be lost in a asteroid implosion on the earth...but as long as i have my barebones; i'm good to go

Exactly correct Ben!  Interestingly enough it was a paragraph written by you that helped me come to the spot that I am.  Your explaination of the 22 on the YoyoFactory News feed made is somehow okay for me to think about having one yoyo that is truely perfect, for me.  The reason we have so many AMAZING yoyos, is that everyone's perfect throw is going to be different.  For some it will happen to be Ti, some AL, some Plastic, but I believe the perfect for you is out there.  

Chris (CLYW) has shared some of the background on making a signature yoyo to match the play of different people.  So has Rage over at ILYY with the design of the Mary and Wasabi.

For me the Cyclotron is the ReverendYo Signature Yoyo.  Does that mean that it is the only one I will enjoy playing from now on, no it doesn't.  Still love my Shadow 888, Peak, Sumo, BvM, Pyro, Etc.
