(I'm not sure if this goes here or in the "contests" section, because I've seen this sort of thing in both. Mods know what to do to fix it.)
Now, I've always wanted to do a contest, but have never had enough stuff to give away. I've finally got a meager amount of things and I'm going for it. Up for grabs is
- 1 size .555 thick ipad
- 1 size .555 extra thick ipad
- 2 of what I assume are Kentaro pads. They are black and textured, but not sticky. They're as thin as a silicone recess, but have a larger diameter.
- 2 sets (4) of YYJ-size rubber o-rings
- 2 sets (4) of hubstack size o-rings
- 1 plain Higby yellow bouncy ball counterweight with art
- 1 Yellow duncan die
- 1 sealed pack of 25 pink vultos
- More vultos, like 23-24 pink and 6 yellow (or something)
- FH2 weight rings
- Black velvet drawstring bag (from gung-fu)
- Black satined non-axle lyn fury half (It's a really great satin done by Team Tom00. It's very silky and reminds me of delrin. You guys gotta hit this man up for the raddest satin.)
- Hyper Raider
To win, you may simply do whatever you wish. I will choose the best entry. Examples of entries are things like short stories or amazing yo-yo trick videos, examples of your accomplishments, or pictures of you yo-yoing and giving a thumbs up or something. Anything is game. Keep in mind what you're doing, though. The best poem will lose to the best story, because I don't care much for poems. I judge on effort and overall quality. Laughing is always the best, but awesomeness is a close second. You could also include a description of why you think you should win, but I do not place much importance on this because I have no way of verifying this sort of thing.
Only rules:
- One post (containing your entries)
- Infinite Entries
- No edits
- No plagiarisms
- Entries must be created after contest was posted
- Breaking the rules results in disqualification and immediate ostracizing, taring and feathering, and beatings - not necessarily in that order.
This contest is open to:
-Anyone needing these things
- No one who doesn't need these things
(I define "need" as, "cannot easily get;" "are running low and don't know when you could get more;" "could put to good use;" Basically, if you've got lots of stuff or lots of money for stuff, please don't enter. I want my junk to do some good for someone.)
This'll go on for a week or so. If I get less than 10 entries, I'm going to back out. Thanks for taking a look, and good luck.
