How do I buy a reserved order?

I know that i am supposed to email yoyonation and ask for my invoice, but i did that 4 hours ago and thay have not send me an invoice to my email. Is anyone having this problem or am i just doing something worng?

All you have to do is send them the money Paypal to info@yoyonation.com w/ the order number. Thats it.
