Preference.
The YYN highlights are obv brighter by a huge multitude.
But how they play is merely a matter of opinion.
I know a lot of people who love them, as well as many who hate them (i myself being one of them...they don't feel right IMO ) I used to play with them, then i picked up some slick 6 and haven't put it back down since.
BTW....this is the correct answer =P
Just give each a try.

No. Sick six play better all the way. Highlights grip too much and snag.
I bought highlights once and liked the color, but playwise I didnt like them at all.
But slick 6 plays sooo well. I play slick 6 50/50 only cause they play very smooth.
But its all preference but I think you will like slick 6 better.
