Aight i just got these new strings from YoYopimp8 and im deffinalitly liking them. Their like nothing I've played before, and are super soft. So far he makes them in type 10 and 12(trust me 12 is sweet!) 100% polyester.
Length: These came in perfect length, about an inch longer than highlights, so you can cut them to your desired lengths, all lengths were close to the same.
Feel: These are very soft, and slide across you fingers with little to no burn.
Look: Colors were nice and vibrant, so far i only got solid colors, but he says he can make multicolored too. The colors included silver, black, baby blue(my favorite), navy, purple, red, pink, gold(looks great), brown, and white. He said he's also working on glow-in-the-dark strings!!! Can't wait!
Characteristics: All type 10 strings seemed to play very fast and slipped better on the finger, 12's were a bit thicker and easier to grip and i had more control with them. I liked the 12's the best, but its all preference...
Binds: Both type 10 and 12 binded nice and tight and were unresponsive.
Slacks: This string opened up for perfect suicides and stayed neutral for a good amout of time.
conclusion: I've been playing these strings for 5 days now and have had no breaking problems or loss of tension at all. Since the strings are so soft, i was worried that they would break, but after beating on them for around 10 hours they are still strong with no fray. I now use these strings on all my yoyo's and can't wait to get some more
