Should definately be sticked, but I'm putting this thread under my favorites anyways. Organizer - Have you ever made a video for simple binding? I just can't seem to get the hang of it. (I can bind 50% with my CU, and 1% of the time with my 8888) It would be cool if you'd make a clip for retards like me.  |

That would be great. I just learned how to effectivly bind about 10 minutes ago, but I can only do it one way.... I'm sure there are lot's of ways, depending how you're dismounting from whatever trick.
Anyways, if you make one, you should specify which way the yo is spnning, and which way the loop/trapeze should go in relation to that. Thats what held me back so long is that I was trying to bind the wrong side as the yoyo was spinning.
(Not telling you what to do or anything, just suggesting)

I am going to teach three binds. The ones that are most effective.
I don't see the point in teaching binds that are not useful.

A big THANKS Gerard!! I'm replying to this as I just want to be notified when your new vids hit the nation and this post . . for what it's worth I learn a mess o' tricks from your vids. On a side note and when you have a chance, (as I'm a noob), couldja do one that addresses those snap starts, or any you know from a dead yoyo to get yer yoyo up with out winding it?  Once again, you rock!! PS or is there a better place/thread to put ones trick request in? |

Hey Gerard, can you do And Whut?
I have it down smoothly to the very end, but I just don't understand that part where you throw the yo up, and circle around it and land it on the string to create a twist for a triangle.
I've watched the mastermagic and the Expert village vids repeatedly, but still can't get the mechanics of it.
Just thought I'd ask.
