so I went ahead and made yet another moebius trick based video, this time being so much better then my doc pops one, since the doc pops one was so clearly bad for seeing the trick, so was offbius nightmare. I shall be doing those videos over sometime within the future. Anyways about this video! If anyone has a keen eye, I part of this trick within another video, but the trick itself was incomplete and was unsmooth and never was tuned out. I have now completed this trick, with a step by step remembering of it. The name is called "crash and burn" after the a song by savage garden, because I was going to use that song at MWR..and I quickly needed to name my stuff and this name for it was the one that stuck the most.

I did a close up shot showcasing the holds and string segments, I tried the best I can with the video editing software at my disposal. The recording device I had was my webcam yet again. I first filmed it infront of it so it would showcase most of my bodie and the trick itself as if you were looking directly at it, but then I thought it would be nice to use angle shots to show what is going on, so that explains that part. the second part of it is the whole angle shot so then you can cleary (sort of) see what is going on.

I hope you are influenced to learn this trick somehow and will be doing a seperate upload instead of it being on youtube so you can do the frame by frame to learn this trick! its fairly easy to do. but I notice one thing I didn't show HOW to open the slipknot to get into the trick..so I hope people can figure that out themselves.

Enjoy! And open the slipknot! =D

Nice! Afro

This style allows you to do things that are not possible otherwise I think.

Maybe some simpler mobeius tricks might be a good intro for people like me who are not as used to them? This one was very cool and it looked complex:)

I  agree with stringburns....

Very cool, but some simpler stuff would definitely get me practicing it more.

I liked this a lot  bro. Your tricks, filming and editing are getting way better, keep it up.

I'd like to see your loop pull get smoother, to the point of not being noticeable. Right now you toss, pull the string, then do the tricks and I think you could find a way to do that string pull while you are doing the breakaway. Maybe not though.

You'll be glad to know (I hope) that the Moebius series of PopCasts will start soon.

I am glad that your impressed and I hope you learn it as well doc! always amazing to swap tricks especially of the mobey kind, but yeah the idea of the tricks, filming and editing have been coming along to where I am actualy to the mediocre level. due to the idea of that I have no idea what quality is the best to upload on youtube, its hard for me to get good looking videos on there. I have no cam corder, so its hard to do it with just a damn webcam! which..from what I can do with it, it seems its pretty good to me!

I do hope you, and others like my tricks. its not that much, but its a current passion of mine that I find important to spread. its like..I want at least a yoyoer to fiddle and create one trick to show so then I can be excited <3 ahah.

the idea of smoothing out the pulling effect is indeed hard as it applies to certain mounts and techniques. that perticular trick I can only smooth it out so much which I have for that matter. but I also think that its a good thing for the persong seeing me do the trick to see I am doing that. so that they know exactly what type of trick I am getting myself into Wink I can do other tricks that can open the slipknot right into mounting, but its easier to do that within the frontstyle then sidestyle.

and the idea of others asking for simplicity tricks, keep a eye out for doc pops moebius popcast! he will surely go forth to showing some of the orginal tricks he created! and then also, for when I can get a better quality video of the moebius rebirth 1 vid on youtube, you can see that one to learn alex stuff from. his stuff and docs material is where I learned and adapted to my own style of play. also it would help to learn some tech 1a and creativity Wink

thank you so much guys for your responses, and I will not let you down. sooner or later I shall make a rebirth 3 that will showcase more simplistic stuff =]
