First I Want Everyone To Read Tabs Post: CizreK is very isolated from the rest of the yo-yo community, and has somewhat disagreeable views on things with the rest of yo-yoers. As he mentioned, which I only partially would agree with, Debt in Knowledge was hyped up. If someone with no name on the forums had made it, I doubt it would have gotten the same recognition that it did. Not saying the tricks weren't amazing, but having "Spencer Berry" printed on a video automatically moves it to the top of the list.
Because of his isolation, he's not subjected to the same sort of hype as everyone else, and has very "pure" views on things. He's had very limited exposure to other yo-yoers, apart from the internet, he's only ever been to Worlds, and has never competed, and has developed his own external views on things, instead of "joining the crowd."
Yuuki mentioned a few posts back how he's always been following JD around. Not many know this, but CizreK actually owns the first ever X-Con that left the factory. He made a video, either advertising for the Hitman or Lyn Fury, and JD apparently liked it very much, thanked him, and gave him a preproduction X-Con in return. I don't want to speak for CizreK, but JD is probably the only legitimate yo-yoer that has reached out to him. If that happened anyone, they'd probably follow JD around too. Especially when everyone else is always hating him.
I just went back and reread through the entire thread at YYN.
In all honesty, David, shut the hell up. CizreK's reputation may be completely ruined. If so, you'll be burning in Hell with him.
Shepherd doesn't tell me a story. I'm not saying it is a bad trick, I'm just saying that I can not relate it to a piece of literature. I think it is amazing. I doubt I will ever have the skills to make a trick half as good as it, set aside performing it. So I can't find the story in Shepherd. Does that mean that I am a terrible yo-yoer who will fail for all eternity in every possible way? Although it may be true, my inability to relate yo-yo tricks and literature will not be the cause.
Oooohhhh, Aaaahhh, David got on the YYF Junior Team. W00t!
That doesn't give you the right to be such a ----. You've gotten yourself into a situation that you're not really involved in to begin with, and you've taken the "evil bastard" position, without reason. What has CizreK ever done to you? He doesn't praise Debt in Knowledge in the same way as you? Is that it? You worthless bastard. That's like saying "Because you don't believe in my God, you are going to Hell."
When you do something for the community worth noting, please let me know. CizreK made a whole box of t-shirts for Worlds, only 5 people bought them. He's made over a hundred and fifty videos, and works his ---- off for every single one of them, and hardly anyone watches them.
In all honesty thats all true. If you want to see the Thread its here BUT WARNING this thread has alot of profanity They even named it passionatly " --------cizrek " so excuse me for the link language but that wasnt me. Anyways, I see alot of people are very very mad at me. Like Extremely and Id like to say Idc. Yall keep talking behind my back first of all PM ME and tell me this stuff to my face. Yall are being cowards. Make sure you make yourself known to me that you dont like me so I can just cut you out. I aint wantin yalls negativity I mean for real if you have something to say say it to me in a pm since u cant do it face to face. Be a man and tell me YUUKI and all the others anyways Look what augie said "Cizrek tells stories too. I think it's a stunning 150+ video story arc and I don't appreciate your guys' lack of respect for the poetic mastermind that is Will Kerzic. They're about dot to dots with all the numbers out of order. In all seriousness, I find him oppressive online, but he's seemed fairly cool when I've talked to him at worlds. =o) " As I said get to know me before you can truly say you dont like me. Peace - (oh and im starting to KENDAMA its INSANE and I love it)

Oh and for the record I never was all over JD? I did talk to him alot he gave me free stuff all the time... He was a nice guy... Wouldnt have you talked to him? Oh and I dont yoyo for fame and glory I yoyo because its fun, Its a really crazy good form of meditation, and its something I can be creative with if you dont like my style thats fine But Ive isolated myself for a pretty big reason And thats to create my own style. I use to watch yoyo videos all the time, Id watch the Glass Labs and Andres stuff. And I would imitate what I saw and Kind of twist it a lil to be my own. THATS WRONG TO ME So I quit watching videos, and that lead me to quite talking to people. I dont know why I guess its because Forums have a video gallery and I didnt want to be temped I stopped all the because I wanted to make up my own tricks, my own style. And I believe I have Im very close to the level of yoyoing I want to get at. Not a level as in whos best, but a level that if someone saw it you could say Hey Thats CizreKs Style I hope yall are getting what Im saying. and I dont want this to be popular of FAMOUS as yuuki or w/e said I want a distictive style because I dont want to be another persons copy no offese to anyone its just I dont want to be what everyone else does in yoyoing. if you dont understand then go back to spencers video since you seem to get that alot - Will

See I dont think theres anything wrong with learning someone elses trick, I do it all the time. But I dont film it, and I dont do it over and over, Ill land it about 10-20 times, then stop Cuz Im more consentrated on my tricks then other peoples. Im Still Molding my Style. Im going for a Very TECH style. - Will

Hey... go play with yoyos!

Will, you have some good points here and there... but every single one of them get lost in the way you're saying it.
It's very self-defeating. That's no good dude.
I've been in my fair share of disagreements/arguments with people, but there comes a point, where even if you're as right as right can be, you just gotta let it go dude. Holding onto it will only make you bitter. And don't worry about the people who disagree, if they're gonna hold on, that's their problem.
But seriously, I might not ever be a big fan of your videos or your style - and let's go for the extreme and say no one in the world is. If you're having fun... cool.
If no one notices... that's okay too.
There are plenty of people with bad, okay, good, and great ideas that no one will ever see anything from.
And you say it's not about fame, or getting recognized, but then get mad when you do something (like the shirts) and it doesn't get the result you were expecting.
Everyone has letdowns dude. And this is one, where you're just going to have to move on.
If you really wanna make a point, and you really want to redeem yourself... just keep making videos - and make a post every time you do, that just says, "here's a new video with _____ and _____ in it" If people like it, GREAT!, if not... at least you like it.
But you can't take everything so personal, because then it becomes personal. I can guarantee that every single person who said a negative thing in that thread to you, might have started off being a little cocky or just poking fun, but only got serious when you really started to blow it out of proportion.
And I guess that's kinda harsh to say it like that... but I personally think that's what's going on here.
Just let it go.
Cut back a little, step back, realize it's just the internet. If you only seem to have good reactions when you're face to face with someone, then forget the internet.
The internet is all a big ruse to get people to stop having real face to face relationships anyways, so it's probably better off if people don't like you online haha.
In all seriousness, gossip is no fun. It's generally just hurtful through and through, but it's better to know that people gossip and that they're wrong, than to react to it and then make them right.
take a breather. let people be people. don't worry if people don't like you. and just show some love to people - even if they don't show it back.
Much love, Adam

I didnt make the shirts to get known I made them for people because NOT alot of yoyo shirts are around except YOYO store shirts I just thought people would like a Cool yoyo shirt I guess I was wrong
and I did let this go Im just bringing up the fact that if your going to talk crap about me tell it straight to me not to your friends like a lil p*****
and because of all this I just want everyone who doesnt like me to send me a PM so I can just forget you as a person and put you behind me because you dont matter to me at all. Is that so much to ask? I want to be around people who understand me. Not people who bash me behind my back. so PM me people dont be a liar and talk to me on forums and in person when you truly dont like me - Ciz

Will, That is the dumbest thing you could possibly do for this situation.
If you want to be around people that understand you as a person and as a yoyoer, but you also want to completely dismiss and forget some other people - you're just acting in about as self-defeating of a way as you possibly can.
I still hold to the idea that you'll get better results by swallowing your pride and being nice to the people who've been mean to you.
Much love, Adam

...let people be people...
This is probably the most profound thing Adam said. I'd take this to heart... and let the rest fall where it may. I don't know the problem, or the arguement... but I know people. Keep throwing... do what you do... make your style the best it can be, which will be uniquely you. Which is more than can be said for more than half the people that have anything to say about what you do.

Hey Ciz, I think your command of the english language is poor, and your vision is skewed by all the variables of human life. I think that your ability to express yourself is maturing creatively, and your command of the yoyo is impressive. I do not think your style has ever inspired me personally - but that does not negate it from importance to the community, individuals, and yoyo history as a whole. I wish people like Bob Malowney were in tune with the community enough to consider people like yourself for Innovator/Inspirational player, but somewhere amongst the 1s and the 0s, you lie obscured. So be it. I wouldn't say that we are all that different in our approach to creativity. Full understanding, in the capacity of our interest. Same medium, different brush. I have been thinking of ways I could bring you into this GT project - I will be in touch as these ideas develop, but I'd definitely like to do something that interests the nature of the film - if you don't mind going out on a limb with me. As far as all the yoyo2 trash talk, that forum is the playground next to the potty. We talk so much ------- about people and folk that the seriousness of that post quickly bled into the grain of insincerity that forum entertains us with. I would advise not taking it personally, but welcome you to do the opposite. And on my forum nonetheless. But that doesn't mean I won't stop talking about you over there. Lets prove that your videos are revolutionary by seeing the revolutionary person that you are. Lets just get along. Spencer Berry
