 I got a Skyline yesterday. Great yoyo. However, every time I look at the Skyline, especially the splash and flat-topped post/hub profile, it reminds me of a yoyo that I REALLY wanted before I received my first unresponsive yoyo. Problem- I have no idea what THAT yoyo is. Do you know what "THAT yoyo" might be? I kept thinking Campfire... but the splash didn't come on the first run. Splash Skylines did not come out until about a year after I started yoyoing. It's very subjective though... Time frame: (Pre) first run Campfires or first run RecRev "i" - Verdict: Most likely a Campfire |

What about a G5+ or SuperStar?
Superstar more than G5+. It could be a Superstar, but I don't remember hyping over one. I did hype over a Campfire though. Sorry if it's such a weird question.  |

OK I figured it out. "THAT yoyo" is probably: 28 Stories Peak (splash) Campfire (hub and rim profile) Superstar (rim profile) "The post" is probably a Classic Ed. 888 (with splash) or an "i." More than not, it's a red Campfire. I just confused a couple memories together.  |

I was going to suggest the Frantic? Possibly. It's more of a straight profile but it's what immediately came to mind for me I did want one of those, but it doesn't have any sort of post/spikes on it. I was almost afraid "THAT yoyo" was actually just a red Skyline, but I'm pretty sure that it really was a Campfire. LOL |
