I have been waiting for jhendrickson to reply because I sent some pm's about question and answers, but know reply so is it normal?

know reply? He is always a bit busy. It sometimes takes him a day or two to reply, sometimes longer. No worries!

Communication is everything. Even if it's bad news, it should be addressed and it should be shown that whatever happened will be fixed, if not improved. Prompt communication = trust. Therefore, communication = trust. Without communication/trust, we have nothing, especially on the internet...

But this is not regarding a trade (I assume so because its not in the trader feedback forum) so I dont think its that bad. OP didnt gave us a timeframe either. 1-3days? No big deal. 4-7days: "what the hell is he doing? answer me."
Thats how I approach it. When I had a trade with him he replied within a few hours and was always helpful to provide me with information.

And idk what you mean with bad news: do you mean that if something bad happend to him or whatever he should write a PM and he gets back to you later? If you mean that: i think thats pretty senseless. once you are writing on a forum anyways you can provide the answers to him and not tell you a story what happend.

Please give him some time. He will get back to you. Its not a trade, isnt it?
