Do NOT do it! It will ruin your Marmot! And if it's anything like my old Marmot, it would be so much of a shame to ruin a dead smooth throw like that. Please, just buy a bearing for it. You can get a One Drop 10 Ball which is widely considered to be one of the absolute best bearings on the market for 8 bucks. Much better than a dead Marmot if you ask me.

im not modding any part of my marmot that would be foolish, im gunna sand the inside ring of the bearing, to make it fit a bigger thing to sit on, i wish i knew the technical terms lol, and you would move this post! punk i was tryin to get more suggestions on this, noone check the modders section lol

Oooooh OK haha. Although that's a little bit better, I still would not recommend doing it because I'm pretty sure you'd have to sand through the entire inner race of the bearing to be able to get it to fit on a C sized bearing seat, in which case the bearing would not even be a bearing anymore....

Oh, and about the modding section, some of the most helpful people on this forum (especially for a question like this) regularly visit the modding section. More views does not necessarily mean quality answers.

Just buy a new bearing.  You won't be able to sand the inner part since that will also rotate.

Unless the outer diameter on the bearing is the same, it wouldn't matter even if you could sand it to fit the seat. You'd get bigtime string slippage.

The bearing will not fit, no matter what. You have to buy a size C.
Which type (kk, ct, 10ball, crucial, spec) is up to you, but you need to get a size C.

Just use a hammer or mallet to beat the bearing on to it. With enough brute force I'm sure you can do it Afro

And just for future reference, Yomega uses some of the most non-standard bearing sizes I've ever heard of. I don't think they fit any other yoyo in existence, except the bearings from the Raider and Xodus which are A-size bearings.

Raiders don't use A sized bearings; well at least not stock.

Yeah but i dont really like yomega too much. They could do i better i feel. Step the game up a wee bit eh? Bhahahaa. This temp throw was only 30 a good deal for a solid metal, but to responsive, even after ive played it for a good bit. And heavy lol. My wooley marmot is light i cant wait to throw this again. Perfection. And everybody that has been commenting on this topic shouldgo to this dudes profile and give him a thumbs up for a good look, by helpin out a fellow thrower in need
