Hey guys! So as you may have heard, 3YO3's getting ready to begin machining a Titanium yoyo. I did some polling over in the manufacturer forum to see what everyone wanted as far as weight/diameter/width goes. From that I drew up 10 yoyos that come close to fitting the bill. You can vote for your 2 favorite designs. I'll let the poll run for at least a few days, I'd like to make it over to the machinist's next week. I believe 2 or 3 protos are in the >68 g weight range. If either of those wins, they'll probably have at least a gram or 2 skimmed off. Whichever yoyo does win, I plan on going through the design thoroughly to make sure it's 100% perfect, and I'll keep you up to speed with the changes. Now that you know what's happening- on to the pictures!!   Proto 2 is 41.999mm wide, and 53.848mm in diameter  Proto 3 is 43.889mm wide, and 53.34mm in diameter        |

Wow, results are all over the board haha. Thanks everyone who's voted! As for drop date & such- Hoping to have the design figured out by mid next week, and go over to the machine shop then. From there I'll have a good accurate measurement of how much longer So, hang tight & stay posted! |
