It was good especially for only throwing for 10 months but I think your tricks would look a lot smoother if you tried shortening your strings a bit.

I can tell you one thing... You are NOT a noob. I have been throwing on and off for 3 years and I cannot combo that well. Congrats.

Shortening your strings will definitely help you a lot. I used to just ignore that because I didn't want to get in the hassle of tying a new knot and cutting the excess but now that it's a habit my tricks and performance have been better. If you want you can tie the knot like one thumb length above the bellybutton. It works for me very well.

thank you! and yeah i think im just being to lazy about shortening my string. plus i dont really know how to tie a good knot without the knot realesing after a some hard throws. and i thought it looked abit cooler to have longer string but i might change that

Though the site says that you should cut the string before tying it, I just tie the knot first and then cut the excess. It works both ways :]
With a shorter string length, it will feel awkward at first, but keep playing and it will be more comfortable than uncut string

yeah i start to like it much better when the string is shorter now and i feel that i have more control of the yoyo so thank you for that website!
