You mean nickel? I don't think Ti is suppose to tarnish.
Pretty much any metal can tarnish. actually, ti, like gold, is inert and wont tarnish. ti immediatly oxidizes and forms a layer of titanium oxide that prevents it from tarnishing.

Why would you need it tarnished? I thought it was going to me for anodization. Oh well, you know best I guess, although it really does not make sense, unless you are looking to make my job that much harder.  JK
