Ive been seeing alot of Chiefs on the bst any reason in particular for this. I thought these were one of CLYW best? if so why does it seem like alot of people are getting rid of them.

It could also be that people buy them because of the great reviews it's been getting but then find that it doesn't really fit their personal preferences.

This has got to be some sort of record for quoting the same picture the most times.

I was just thinking about this today. LoL
Then I thought it was because of scalping too, but most are going for retail.
I think SuperPokenerd got it right. It doesn't fit their presences. It is a pretty big and wide yoyo.

I'll throw my hat into the ring...
Some Chief owners are just looking to trade their Chief for a different colorway Chief.
Some are selling their Chief at retail price, which is a piss-poor profit to reap for supposed scalpers.
Some are listing their Chief in the B/S/T, yet have no intention of actually selling or trading it.
Some are hoping to trade the highly-sought-after Chief to their own great advantage.
Personally, haven't played one. By the reviews and how it looks, I'm sure I'd love it and I doubt I'd trade it or sell it if I had one. Then again, my most important trait for a yoyo is its performance (stability and spin time). Some people have no qualms sacrificing performance for rarity, etc. The Chief isn't the rarest thing out there, but it could fetch some rarer throws in a fair trade. So, boom. Mystery solved. Any other questions? Don't ask me.

I have a chief and it's not listed. But then again my girlfriend got it for me as a present as it came out a few weeks before my birthday therefore I won't get rid of it.
I would however love another colorway, I have the northern lights edition and it's great but it's dark and wouldn't look good on stage if I were to compete as it is the throw I'd prolly use.
I would only ever trade it for another chief in a brighter colorway or perhaps in the lighter edition as I'm curious as to how the lighter run plays.

when you list a chief minutes after release with a "coming in the mail" legend, that's scalping. obviously you gonna get decent to good offers for it. I can tell you I bought the light version and my best friend the heavy version, both are great.
