IMO theres not a lot to "learn" that doesnt come through practice regarding regens. If you understand one conceptually, and what makes a good regular throw, you just need to combine the two.
Might not be too much help but maybe it will give you an idea what to work with. Just have fun with it!!

That's an awesome tutorial - thanks a lot! It's a funny coincidence that I've been playing with a lot of similar stuff lately. Stalls, regens, front style laceration binds etc. You just do it way better than me!
Niiiice vid. Using an FHZ? I think that's the way to go when working on regens... High walled plastic because they regen easily and you can just go for it without worrying about getting smacked by a hard metal yoyo.
