regen help
« on: November 15, 2011, 04:41:35 PM »

Does anyone know of a video that teaches the most basic regen. Can't seem to find any. I really would like to work on this, any help would be great.

IMO theres not a lot to "learn" that doesnt come through practice regarding regens.  If you understand one conceptually, and what makes a good regular throw, you just need to combine the two.

If you are really interested, I can make a video of the different kinds and maybe a break down.

Might not be too much help but maybe it will give you an idea what to work with. Just have fun with it!!

That's an awesome tutorial - thanks a lot! It's a funny coincidence that I've been playing with a lot of similar stuff lately. Stalls, regens, front style laceration binds etc. You just do it way better than me! Cheesy

Niiiice vid. Using an FHZ? I think that's the way to go when working on regens... High walled plastic because they regen easily and you can just go for it without worrying about getting smacked by a hard metal yoyo.
