He acknowledges his behavior and he knows how to self assess it.

The thing is he's forgetful and that makes him look very irresponsible.

I really didn't want to leave him negative feedback, but I had to because
he wasn't doing what he said he will do.

I got my refund in the end though.

I'm deeply sorry to everyone that I've forgotten to ship to, and especially nationyo, for forgetting to refund you.  I've never had any intentions to scam.  I'm not a bad person, in fact, I like to think of myself as a somewhat decent human being.  Like everyone though, I have my flaws.  Unfortunately I'm not very responsible, which is something I will have to work on.  Sorry for the trouble caused.
