Before buying from him, I asked if he can ship them tomorrow. which is Oct. 29th
He said he can, so I sent him the payment.

I still haven't got what I bought. I told him I want a refund, but he doesn't give it.
All he said was

you should have them in a few days, I'm really sorry about the wait.

I would've got them already if he kept his promise. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now.

Folks, you don't want to deal with him unless you don't mind if he takes forever to send stuff.

The issue here isn't whether two weeks is a long time.

This is for everyone - if you say you are going to ship something on a particular day - then do it. With the exception of unforeseeable emergencies, please just do what you say your are going to do. This is very simple. If you may or may not be able to ship until however many days have passed, then just be upfront about it - "I'm sorry, but I'm not sure how long it will take me to ship." It's really that simple. Then the person you are trading with can decide whether they want to deal with your terms or not.

What I get from the original post is that 'AronFace' shipped it out on the 29th and it hasn't come yet after 2 weeks.
Something could've went wrong at the post office.. you just never know.

Relating to what Nam said...I've had a package take, literally, 5 months to get here.  The PO is a weird place.

Here's the thing. He doesn't say when he shipped it. He doesn't even say if he shipped it or not.
I know PO can get crazy, but when the seller is poor in communication, it's usually the seller's fault.

I told him I want a refund because I knew he still hasn't shipped them yet.

Again, all he said is

It's been a week since the 3rd, still not here.

I'm really disgusted all these people think they have the right to be paid first,
and they can ship the product anytime they want. I really lack patience don't I?

This may be of some help to the OP.

A while back I bought something from Aaron Bendet (Aronface) yielding in similar results. I waited about 2 weeks with nothing in my mailbox. I told him of this, and he said he had shipped. I asked if he would refund me and he gladly did. End of story.

As someone told me, Aaron is not a shady guy. He goes to contests and competes. He's got a reputation in the community, so either you will be refunded or get what you paid for.

Yep. ^^^ this is it. I sent two packages out today. Lot's of very bad work things were happening but I took the time to ship.

Because I said I would.

If you can't follow through with a deal then don't make the deal. End of story.

Have you refunded the paypal money? From this post it doesn't appear so.

I ordered from him on the 10th, haven't gotten any response from him since I paid him. I sent him PM a couple days ago and just sent an email this morning, hopefully he'll get it and respond. I'm not necesarily in a hurry to get it just a bit concerned with the lack of communication, I feel in the dark and then I ran across this post and that didn't help to ease my concerns. Still looking forward to my new throw Aron
