V4M lube

I don't know what happened and this has never ever happened before but I just washed all my bearings (10 balls) like i always do (with lighter fluid).  Then I added a tiny drop of V4M to two and they stayed really loud (because they had just been washed) AND became extremely responsive.  Then, thinking this was unlikely but worth a shot, I put a good amount of lube on two other bearings, same results.  This has never happened and I have washed these same bearings with the same lighter fluid with the same V4M lube for months.
Any answers as to why this might happen?

If you play the yoyo for a bit (or a while sometimes...) then the lube will dissolve and it will make your yoyo quiet and unresponsive.

Were the bearings washed in fresh/clean solvent? Did you shake/stir/agitate the bearings while they were in the solvent? Was the solvent fully evaporated or dried before you applied the V4M?

If you've followed theses steps and the bearing is still noisy then you most likely still have something stuck inside the bearing or bearing cage that did not wash out or dissolve, but you probably will not be able to see it by visual inspection. The best solution at this point is to find an ultrasonic cleaner (used for jewelry, etc), and put your bearing through a 5 or 10 minute cleaning session there. This usually removes any residual foreign bits from the bearing. Follow the ultrasonic cleaning with proper drying and lubing.

yup i did all those things.  like i said i've washed bearings for ever.  il try this new idea thought thanks!

yup usually after like a day or two it will but its been like 3 or 4

When in doubt, I always use the paper cleaning method. It has never done anything but good.

If you've been cleaning those specific bearings for months, they could just be dead. Cleaning prolongs bearing life, but not indefinitely. Is it possible they just crapped out?

Maybe,  but their fairly new...  Any other theories?
