I have the Anti-Superstar rims but I don't think that's the problem.
See, my Split Decision apparently only likes concave bearings, because on a flat bearing it keeps tilting, I don't know why. So I slapped in a Crucial Grooved v2 bearing and it seemed to do the trick, however, the SD starts snagging on me after 4, 5 wraps of string...
How do I fix this?

Well honestly that's the bearing itself. Try a regular KK. Crucial bearings do that, while they are good bearing they do tend to snag
