What alternatives are there to YYJ thin lube

Please give me some alternatives for YYJ thin lube and if a yoyo goes without lubing for too long what will happen

1: Onedrop V4M lube is great. Works well with all bearings and is a great alternative.

2: It depends on if you clean your bearings regularly and the type of bearing.

As long as you keep the bearing clean, there should be no problems running it dry.

Tri Flow works great, just a tiny drop will do.

Trumpet oil and sewing machine oil works wonders but you should use it sparingly. YYJ lube has some sort of property to it that really breaks in well, not sure what it is but for the price it really is nice to have if you have a medium sized collection.
