We are currently trying to rectify this problem, i understand it's having a detrimental effect on peoples trading habits.
However, as a short term solution we have identified that the 404 only appears when trying to edit or post a topic with many embedded photos or links. Therefore we suggest as a short term solution creating a single link to an online album containing all the photos you need to display.
Thanks for your patience and i hope this helps in the short term.

When I got this error, it made no difference how many links I had in the post.. it only mattered where they were going.
I posted in flyguy's thread about s.kon yoyos and linked several images. When I used fotki links, I got the 404 message.. when I hosted those same images on my server and posted links, no problem at all.
The post only had maybe 3 images embedded.. I attempted it with even just 1 that was fotki and it wouldn't work. I had no problem posting all 3 embedded images hosted on my server.

To me, it makes no difference where the links are going. For example, I edited in an image today successfully. Then [in a separate edit attempt] I tried to change the title of the thread and it stopped working. lol, it seems really inconsistent, so I'm actually completely lost on what's going on.

because I have not been able to post any images from any source; period. Fotki,, Snapfish,, Flickr; you name it. And I have been posting pics of mods on various boards for a decade. This is the ONLY board I have problems with......................... ever.
I think I would have more success swimming to the Philippines and bringing Pat Cuartero back to Yoyonation! By the way; where is that guy anyways? Is he stuck in a Coconut tree or something? Or did Groupon Grind him up when they ran out of ink for the coupon copy machine?
