Are the spacers still in the yoyo? If so, get some pliers and use the smooth round part (most pliers have these close to the handle) to grip the bearing an pull it out.
If the spacers are out of the yoyo, just pop a razor blade in between the bearing and the spacer and wiggle!
You may even be able to fit a razor between the bearing and spacer if it's still in the yoyo, but it depends on the yoyo.

You're thinking of YYF spacers. Use Channel lock pliers or something. That should work.

Oh, these are the SPRs with the sili groove on them then.
I thought crucial made regular spacers too, without the response.
So yeah, razor's out, try the pliers like he said and you should be good.
