Issues with my Werrd Split Decision
« on: September 19, 2011, 03:26:19 AM »

I just go my brand new Werrd SD (gold) in the mail. Unfortunately it has a pretty nasty vibe straight out of the package. What's the best thing I can do? Does this requiring tuning? Or is there anything else I should know?

On a sidenote: A few years ago I tried to get in touch with Werrd for a delayed order on their site, and it took ages to get replies and stuff. Is there maybe a more direct way (I tried email, and pm to several members of the Werrd crew back then) to contact them?

The rims come off after a quick soak in hot water. Try dropping the half into some hot water to get the rims off, the put th back on and rotate until it's smooth. Might take a few tries but it definitely works. If that doesn't help, send me a pm or post your questions on the werrd Facebook group
