Technical Difficulties
« on: September 08, 2011, 04:54:23 PM »

I just recently bought 2 Fireballs by Yomega and have constantly and vigorously been using them for the past 3 days. I finally got used to throwing with my left hand a bit, but now for some reason im running into a problem. The yoyos seems to unscrew itself whenever i throw 1 or 2 loops. After the first loop it would feel wierd and after the second loop it would be close to unscrewing completely and falling apart (both yoyos) Cry. Anyone know the reason? Solutions?

I would guess that you simply need to screw the yoyo together more tightly. Once the yoyo is tightened up, just give it a extra 1/4 turn to assure it is good and snug, you dont have to really crank it, just experiment a bit and youll find the happy medium which will keep the fireball together without breaking the plastic.
 And HAVE FUN.

You might want to try wrapping a bit of Teflon tape (AKA; plumber tape, PTFE tape) around the axle to get a tighter fit.  For the most part though, Graiskye's advice is spot on.  Some yoyos work their way loose, but if they are comming undone every throw you probably just need to screw them in a bit tighter.
