My Dark Magic 2's screw became crooked when I unscrewed it once!

Contact YoYoJam for a replacement axle.  Make sure to take some pictures of the problem so you can show them exactly what happened.

It is very hard to bend an axle just by unscrewing the yoyo.  Are you sure that's exactly what happened?
