How do people have their Fiesta XXs set up?

Mine is wayyyy too snaggy.  and i cant even consider doing anything that involves two layers of string such as a ninja vanish or machwhip without it binding hard into my knuckles.

If you have it fully tightened the loosen it. It has an adjustable gap. Also your doing 4a right?

Correction: angel The fiesta xx is a fixed gap 4a yoyo, so it wont takes too many wraps, great 4a yoyo bad 1a yoyo

i have one if your using it as a 1a yoyo... theres your problem. it has a very small gap. if you were to put shims in it it would become less responsive

dunno why people assumed that i wasnt using it for 4A play.

those tricks are legitimate 4A tricks as well as 1A.

But cheers for the shims comment, thats what im gonna try.

im also gona try and siliconing the response, anyone else tried this?

pretty sure its already silicone but im sure you could have gotten one that was done poorly

Shims help, and flowable silicone to replace the pads.  Makes a difference, mine is a lot less snaggy now.
