Get the string up under that bearing, and pull as hard as you can.

Just use the string method. Works everytime. nono. the string doesn't get under the bearing. I can get the hubstakcs off, but not the bearing. it's just not working. I don't CARE if I break the bearing, but I just wanna GET IT OFF

Lucas, Simply put it in a freezer for several minutes( about 5 or 10 ).. Don't use needle-nose pliers. Vice grips work well, as do standard finger pinchers (the kind with the rounded out inner jaws). Wrap medical tape around them for better grip.

Just use the string method. Wrap it under the bearing. Throwing it into the freezer might help. The string method can also get the bearing off. Found a video.

Hey Swat if you cannot get a yoyo string under the bearing try dental floss its pretty tough and might help, Ive used it to loosen stuck bearings on a RC Heli, just thought you might be able to try it before you end up smashing the bugger off.
