I accidently left my bearing in oil for almost 45 minutes, i took it out and did the usual, then I lubed it. Then I played and found out it's semi responsive. Well then I lubed it again, and it was still the same, any idea what I can do to make it unresponsive?

All oil, whether thick or thin, will make a bearing more responsive when added in large quantities. Just let it break in and it will be back to playing unresponsive or clean the bearing and very lightly oil it for a quicker turn-around.

Exactly right. If you want it unresponsive right away, clean it again and lightly lube it. If you're willing to play with it the way it is for a while, do exactly that until it is playing unresponsively again. In my experience, I've found that lubing a bearing until it is responsive, then playing it until it breaks in leads to the bearing staying quiet for longer. It does take a while (at least an hour or two), but yields great results.

Why are you soaking your bearing in oil in the first place? Yoyo bearings need only the most minuscule amount of oil to keep them well lubed.
