$140 for rights is awesome! basically you get a one off design that looks great and you can use it for your own caps, t-shirts, boxers, etc. you have the right to reprint that design on whatever you want. that is an awesome deal!

depends on what we agree on for the terms of use. if we do not agree that you have the rights to re-use the design for other ventures, then i would ask you to compensate me for my work. if you did not do so and it were worth my time i would take you to court over it.

nikoloz, im more referring to what you are actually getting with the "rights" to reuse the imagery created by Krisgoat, or anyone else who creates things. you are not just buying a pair of caps for $140. you are buying the rights to reuse that image however you want to. it has nothing to do with being cool or uber.31337, but rather it has to do with license agreements between people.

the idea being that a talented person is worth paying for their skillful use of their talent. as you would pay a mechanic to tune your engine or a doctor to fix your colon. you are paying an individual for their creativity and more often than not it is for the ability to use what they create in a specific way. so while i might commission YoYoCandy to make me some cool caps for a yoyo run that i made on my lathe, which is totally made up because i dont have a lathe, i could not use the logo they made for the caps on my super cool beanie's that i would package with my uber.kewl yo's... LEGALLY

however if i pay the $140 i could make some uber.kewl b0x3rs to ship with my yo's... God this is terrible humor...
