Here’s a new idea we’re rolling out in the forums at the moment.
The idea is that a company rep creates a single centralised topic for all things to do with their company. We think this will benefit everyone because:
- Users can bookmark a single topic for their favourite brand and stay up to date with all the news.
- Questions can be answered in a timely manner by company reps, or simply knowledgeable fans.
- Clutter in the main forum is reduced.
