		<description>Hello im a starter  and im 11 , im 4ft 11 and i want to get a good yoyo nothing over 12-15 dollars beacuase i have to pay for shipping and for me its 6.50. i can do the basics moves like the sleeper around the world , breakaway ,ufo  but not well i was thinking the fast 201 cause i can grow into it and it has good sleeps would that be good?  i dont mind it being noisy</description>
