That’s right folks…another official YoYoNation.com yo-yo meet is coming up in New York!!
We’ll be doing it WEATHER PERMITTING ONLY, so keep your eye out for the weather.

Location: Outdoors - Union Square Park, New York, NY
Time: 12:00 pm Eastern - 4:00 pm Eastern (approximately)
Directions:
Via Subway:
4, 5, 6, N, R, Q, W, L train to 14th St, Union Square.
1, 2, 3 trains to 14th St. and 6th Avenue. Walk EAST on 14th St. and you’ll run into Union Square Park.
A, C, E to 14th St. Walk EAST on 14th St. and you’ll run into Union Square Park, or transfer to the L train and get off at Union Square.
F, V to 14th St. Walk East on 14th St. and you’ll run into Union Square Park.

From Penn Station:
Follow the A,C,E, or 1,2,3 directions above.
Parents, friends, or relatives that will be coming, but NOT attending the meet…or for anyone that needs a break from yoyoing (but psh, who needs that?! haha):
* Cafes and Patisseries in the Union Square Area: Tisserie (17th and Broadway), Joe’s Coffee: The Art of Coffee (13th St. between 5th Avenue and University Place), Starbucks (17th St. and Union Square East)
* A huge Barnes and Noble is located on the North Side of Union Square…I think it’s 4-6 stories of books, periodicals, and anything else you can imagine haha
* Clothing and apparel shopping all along 5th Avenue, starting from 14th St. to 23rd St…
* Furniture and housewares shopping all along Broadway, starting from Union Square North to 23rd St…
* Lowes Movie Theater at B’way and 19th. Regal Cinemas at 13th St and Broadway.
* East and West / Greenwich Villages not too far from Union Square (Union Square is literally right in between the two, on the north side of both Villages…short walk in either direction, and you’re there!)

$$$: Blue Water Grill (Seafood), Union Square Cafe (American) both on 16th St. between 5th Avenue and University Place

So, we have a ton of unreleased video footage of the nocturnal yo-yo shenanigans that occurred chez YYN (i.e., the San Mateo Airport Marriott) during BAC weekend. It’s good stuff, and for the most part PG.
